Please note that the cost of copies is set by the
District Court Fee Schedule.
The Clerk's Office will send you the copies only after receipt of payment.
To avoid the cost and delay associated with seeking copies of a sealed document from the Clerk's Office, parties are encouraged to work with each other to re-serve sealed documents, when appropriate.
Copies of sealed documents will not be emailed.
